What is eloralintide?
Eloralintide (LY3841136) is a synthetic, long-acting peptide developed by Eli Lilly that acts selectively on the amylin receptor. It is in phase 3 clinical studies and is not approved by any regulator.
Is eloralintide a GLP-1 drug?
No. Eloralintide works on the amylin receptor, a different pathway from GLP-1 compounds such as semaglutide, or GLP-1/GIP compounds such as tirzepatide.
How is eloralintide different from cagrilintide?
Both are amylin-based peptides. Cagrilintide also acts strongly on calcitonin receptors, while eloralintide was designed to be selective for the amylin receptor.
Which strengths do you sell?
Three vial sizes: 5 mg (€69), 10 mg (€119), 20 mg (€199). Each vial holds lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder.
